1. Definition of the Service

SERWIN is a sports prediction SIMULATOR designed for educational and recreational purposes. The service does NOT involve betting with real money, is not affiliated with any bookmaker, and does not offer any form of gambling.

The service is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. It is prohibited to use SERWIN for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the service provider.

2. Age Requirements

The service is reserved exclusively for adults (18+). Registration by minors will result in the immediate deletion of the account and all associated data.

3. Simulated Nature — Key Clause

• Credits are VIRTUAL and have no monetary value
• Credits CANNOT be converted into real money
• The service is purely for educational and entertainment purposes
• No connection with bookmakers or real betting sites
• No real money can be won or lost

By accepting these Terms, you declare that you have understood and accepted the exclusively simulated nature of the service.

4. Registration and Account

To use SERWIN, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not create multiple accounts
• Not transfer or sell your account

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms, with immediate effect and without prior notice in the event of serious breaches.

5. Virtual Credits System

• Starting credits: 25
• Daily top-up: varies depending on the plan; cannot be accumulated
• Publication cost: 1 credit per column
• Single/multiple wins: odds rounded up (e.g. odds of 16.5 → 17 credits)
• System winnings: sum of winning column stakes (e.g. 3 columns: 2+3+4 = 9 credits)

Credits are virtual and have no monetary value. SERWIN is a simulator.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

SERWIN offers optional subscriptions (Premium, VIP) that provide additional benefits within the simulator. Purchases are handled exclusively via Google Play (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS).

• SERWIN does not have access to your credit card details
• Prices are shown in Euros (€) or the store's local currency
• In-app purchases do not affect the simulated nature of the game
• Purchased credits remain virtual and have no monetary value
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• For refunds and cancellations, please follow the policies of Google Play or the App Store

Right of withdrawal: Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of completion, unless the digital service has already been fully used with your explicit consent.

7. Advertising

By using the service, you agree to the display of advertisements, including those from third parties, within the app.

Advertisements are displayed via Google AdMob, subject to your explicit consent upon first launch. Advertising does not require the sharing of sensitive personal data without your prior consent.

Users with a Premium or VIP subscription can enjoy an experience with reduced or no advertising, as indicated in the plan description.

8. Third-Party Sports Data

The sports data featured in the service (results, statistics, odds, line-ups, tables) is sourced from independent third-party providers, including API-Football.

SERWIN undertakes to keep the data up to date and accurate, but cannot guarantee its absolute accuracy, completeness or timeliness. SERWIN shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, delays or errors in the data.

The use of the information contained in the service is at the user's discretion, and users are encouraged to verify it against original and alternative sources.

9. Community Guidelines

• Treat all other users with respect
• Not publish offensive, discriminatory or illegal content
• Not use inappropriate or vulgar language
• Not share third parties' personal information
• Not engage in spamming or unauthorised promotional activities
• Not provide false results or information

We reserve the right to moderate content and impose sanctions, up to and including a permanent ban, for serious violations.

10. Intellectual Property and Prohibitions

All SERWIN content (logo, design, software, databases, algorithms) is owned by the owner or licensed.

Users retain ownership of their own content (predictions, comments), but grant SERWIN a licence to display it within the service.

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Extracting, copying, aggregating or reproducing content from the service without explicit consent
• Decompiling, disassembling or attempting to access the application's source code
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
• Overloading the servers with automated requests
• Modifying or altering any part of the service

11. Limitations of Liability

SERWIN is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee specific winnings or performance
• We are not liable for interruptions or malfunctions
• We are not liable for loss of data or virtual credits
• We are not liable for misuse of the service
• We are not liable for any inaccuracies in sports data provided by third parties
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.

12. Changes to the Service

• Modify or discontinue the service
• Update these Terms and Conditions
• Modify the virtual credit system
• Add or remove features

Users will be informed of significant changes via in-app notifications. Continued use of the service following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Withdrawal and Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time via the app settings (Profile → Settings → Delete Account).

• Deletion of all personal data within 30 days
• Loss of all virtual credits and statistics
• Inability to recover the account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with immediate effect in the event of serious breaches.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Rome, Italy, shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
